There wasn’t many assignments this week with it also being a copy off of last weeks learning just remixed into a group setting so all of us could discuss the articles we were assigned on Tuesday.
Tuesday Discussion- This day I almost forgot we had to go to the library so I spent a bit more time in the rain then I wanted. Anyway, we were assigned articles we were to discuss with the group and I happened to be in group 3. The article that followed could be summarized down basic facts surrounding the tomb’s geography, its contents, and the Emperor himself.
Thursday Discussion- Thursday we did not really have an assignment except for attentiveness. We had a presentation by Tim Clarke on a couple websites that can be helpful to the future of our writing/editing of the student made history textbook. OER and Pressbook were the websites mentioned prior and have many layers to its approach on learning the subjects we have discussed the past 5 weeks in Chinese history.
Personal Thoughts- We did not have much to go off of this week and most of my personal thoughts were already described in the previous two paragraphs but I will reword them slightly. Tuesday I didn’t read the right article originally because of a click on the wrong link but I corrected my mistake before I was alienated from the other two in my group in these discussions. Thursday is like I said in where Mr. Clarke gave a presentation on the fine print of both websites for our future use which would be helpful in the editing just on the horizon.
